How to get Xiaomi Mi3 during Flash Sale on Flipkart

15,000 Xiaomi Mi3 units sold out on Flipkart in 2 seconds.
How to Get it ??

So here is a way out to this , for those who already had such experience during multiple ebay flash sales would have easily bought one for them

Would go step by step

1 ) Try opening it  2-3 mins before the sales start ( u can even try opening in Incognito)
I noticed the time on the page ( which i kept open for 30 mins was a min behind then the time it showed when i opened in incognito )

2) Press Buy ! It will show Congratulation ! like this -

 3) It will be in you cart then like this -

Now waste your precious 30-40 mins to make payment. the checkout page wont even load and give error like this -

It may even freeze -

Even flipkart posted this

Finally when payment is completed you will be able to see it in your orders ( :;-p Lol ! i  guess u already  know this )

‪#‎Xiaomi‬ ‪#‎Mi3‬ ‪#‎flipkart‬

And one more change which i noticed in cart was this !
The delivery time changed in between.

Candidates of BJP & AAP alleged booth capturing and vote rigging.

AAP candidate Yogendra Yadav (from Gurgoan) and  Former Army chief and BJP candidate Gen V K Singh (from Ghaziabad) alleged that booth capturing and vote rigging had taken place.

While first Yogendra yadav accused  68 booths, with majority of them being in Mewat and Rewari areas. There were over 1800 booths in the constituency.

But later on 12th April 2014 Yogendra Yadav updated on Facebook & Twitter - Evidence of these 110 booths - http://t.co/DRyP8ooBSz
and said- Audio, Video, Images - we have it all. Look at these images - multiple voting by one person, no secrecy in voting - what kind of a democracy is this?

He also uploaded a Mp3 file -which can be checked in video below.

This Elections Be The Logical Indian !

Fake Claims of Modi about education ( Feking about China's GDP)

An ad hich is too common now a days on Youtube regarding 20% of gdp spends on education by china...( Advertised By Congress )

Feking %- %age by which modi over presents each fact- 500% in this case.

Check video at -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GGPlcS08_ck

Some more Facts about it

1) China’s GDP is approximately $7.3 trillion (2011). Twenty per cent of that would be $1.65 trillion. India’s GDP is $1.87 trillion (2011). Mr. Modi would have us believe that China spends on education almost as much as India’s GDP.

Why i started supporting AAP instead of BJP

When i was uninitiated about politics in this country i tended to believe whatever the media used to say and i did fall a prey to all the hype about Modi and for a while i unwittingly became his supporter. But gradually i started to realise that the whole "Gujarat model" is a lot more hype than substance. And his continuous personal attacks and name-calling did not help either.
----------------
His fake's speeches has now almost convinced me that he dont "deserve" to be the PM.
People say give him one chance- Its not about a week or a month its about 5 years.(Think) !
They way BJP has made 28 alliances already proves that it's going to be coalition govt.which finally means compromises !

Bjp already had a majority in gujarat for 10 years but its development is not that as it is hyped. ( need proof ?? already posted a lot about that)

Answer of 25 Questions to Arvind Kejriwal (AAP)

1. Why Arvind Kejriwal & his wife were never transferred out of Delhi in their entire career if they were fighting against Corrupt Govt. unlike Ashok Khemka or Durga Shakti?
A1. Please ask this question to Income Tax dept. as they did not transfer him and wanted his services. Remember that during his tenure, NDA too was in power at center.

2. What are Kejriwal's achievements as an IRS Officer?
A2. He was an honest and hardworking offer and was never indulged in corruption. This is indeed achievement when seen through periscope of Congress and BJP. He left job where he could have earned crores is something you are silent on. You are silent about his Magsaysay Award which is considered to be Asia’s noble price. You are silent about his struggle for implementation of RTI in India.

#UPDATE 2:

Added detail of 3  Female Candidates(starts from 13 ) :When it comes to female candidates, most parties mostly come up with their daughter/ wife/ daughter-in-law, just to represent their party gives importance to women. AAP certainly have edge over them. In my earlier list also there are 4 awesome female candidates.

**************************************

#UPDATE 1:

I have added detail of 6 more candidates: Meera sanyal, Lingraj, Anand Kumar,Major Surendra Kumar Punia, Maruti Sahebraw Bhapkar, Mukul Tripathy.

So suggest edits if you find something factually incorrect. Also I didn't goggle for every candidate so If there is extra ordinary candidate from your constituency, suggest edits with his details.

Truth about AAP Candidates of Madhya Pradesh ( M.P)

Now lets Talk about my own state #Madhya_Pradesh.

So, here is an article from TOI, penned by Press Trust of India (PTI), and syndicated by multiple news sites.

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/home/lok-sabha-elections-2014/news/40-of-AAP-candidates-in-Madhya-Pradesh-have-criminal-records-30-are-billionaires/articleshow/33511737.cms

Let's dig deeper:
---------------------------------------
> What was written and highlighted:
"40% of AAP candidates in Madhya Pradesh have criminal records, 30% are billionaires"
---------------------------------------
> What was not written:
1. Madhya Pradesh has 29 Lok Sabha seats. The figures cited by PTI are for 10 seats. Yes, 10 seats. 10 < 29.
2. 4 AAP candidates on these 10 seats face criminal charges. Yeah that is how you get to 40%
3. The cases are related to protesting against injustice.
a. Rachna Dhingra - Univ. of Michigan alumnus; ex-Accenture Consulting; fighting for the victims of Bhopal gas leak tragedy since 2002
b. Atul Mishra - Lawyer; anti-corruption activist
c. Dr. Prashant Tripathi - Super specialist dentist; anti-tobacco activist
d. Santosh Bharti - Anti-corruption and forest rights activist
---------------------------------------
> What was written but not highlighted:
1. Strange as it may seem, 30 per cent of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidates for the second phase of Lok Sabha polls in Madhya Pradesh are billionaires, while 40 per cent have "criminal records against" them.
2. Four out of ten of Congress and BSP nominees have criminal records against them [40%, 40%]
3. "Only" three out of 10 BJP candidates have criminal "cases filed" against them [30%]
4. All the 10 Congress candidates are billionaires, while eight out of 10 BJP nominees, four out of 10 BSP nominees and three out of six Samajwadi Party nominees are billionaires. [100%, 80%, 40%, 50%]
---------------------------------------
> Where PTI messed up:
Somone please tell PTI that 1 crore is not equal to 1 billion. The former has 7 zeros, the latter has 9 zeros.
---------------------------------------

~Finally they 'found' something against AAP
~A day before elections
~And they misrepresented
~They were so excited that they forgot their zeros in all the hurry
~AAP: "records" & BJP: "cases filed" : Kyun bhai?
~"Only" three out of 10 BJP candidates: Kyun bhai?

PS: Can any of the BJP folks dig out the cases against your party's candidates? Tiring job!

Fool proof way to book tatkal ticket

All of us know how hard it is to book tatkal ticket with our super irctc. I too suffered a lot and as usual wanted am easy way to book it.

Internet provides abundant info from enthusiasts changing cookies n Firefox add on. Even in decidime there were many threads which tried to break the code.

With all our prep we still feel the agony, all weapons failing to protect us from mighty Indian railway. Hell breaks loose with 10 steps of entering information, they just make sure we fail.

I think it’s because of my mom’s prayer that I shouldn't not leave, I am not able to book a return ticket.

With experience we do find a way. I did and am gonna share here…

You need pen and ID card photocopy. Open your laptop and write down desired train numbers and from to codes. Research nearest SUBURB railway ticket booking office address and make sure they book tatkal ticket. Shutdown the system. Go to nearest SUBURB railway booking office. Make sure it is not Sunday as it is a holiday. Reach at least before 9:45 ask a slip. Write down clearly, write SL in top, talk to the person in counter nicely, if possible know his name.

You got a reservation ticket. Voila

How it works
Everyone got hooked with this Internet to which irctc servers do not respond. But Irctc booking offices use their own WAN which never slows down the server. Try this n You’ll see how easy it is to book a ticket with no tension.

Old style but worked for me.

Oh in the mean time ask someone else to try Internet booking too just in case…

Five apps that can make your Android a better PHONE

Modern Smartphones are more powerful than most computers that were around just, say, ten years ago. So why does it sometimes seems like they can do a million things except function as decent phones?

This post will present five FREE Android apps that will make your Android a better phone.

(1)Contacts dialer, which makes it a lot easier to find and dial the contact you want when you want to,

(2)Callflakes, a nice missed call notification service with a variety of useful functions,

 (3) Simple Dialer Widget, which embeds a dialer and/or list of contacts as a widget inside your launcher,

(4) Criticall, which lets you make exceptions for specific contacts when your ringer is muted, so that it is audible when they call, and

(5) Call End Tone, which simply confirms that you hung up and your call has ended, potentially saving you from embarrassment or wasting valuable minutes while your call is still not terminated.

Downgrade Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray from ICS to Gingerbread (Unlock Bootloader + Root + CWM)

If you want to have the best experience on your Xperia Ray, I would ask you to downgrade to Gingerbread (Android 2.3) from ICS (Ice Cream Sandwich). I have tested ICS (Ice Cream Sandwich) on my device, and never found the desired experience. Select Gingerbread, it’s fast and that’s the sole reason for me sticking to Gingerbread over the ICS.

We always Believed "Think out of the Box" here is an example of a Brilliant Interview

Brilliant Interview

Think out of the Box.. 6 beautiful HR Questions !!!

Here are some of the typical HR questions asked to find out if the candidates have "out of box" thinking capability

Question 1:

"What will you do if I run away with your sister?"

The candidate who was selected answered " Iwill not get a better match for my sister than you, sir."

Question 2:

Interviewer (to a student girl candidate) - What if one morning you woke up & found that you were pregnant ?

I will be very excited and take a day off, to celebrate with my husband. (Normally an unmarried girl will be shocked to hear this, but she managed it well. Why should I think it in the wrong way, she said later when asked.)
