So here is a way out to this , for those who already had such experience during multiple ebay flash sales would have easily bought one for them
Would go step by step
1 ) Try opening it 2-3 mins before the sales start ( u can even try opening in Incognito)
I noticed the time on the page ( which i kept open for 30 mins was a min behind then the time it showed when i opened in incognito )
2) Press Buy ! It will show Congratulation ! like this -
3) It will be in you cart then like this -
Now waste your precious 30-40 mins to make payment. the checkout page wont even load and give error like this -
It may even freeze -
