Why do 15 out of the 86 ‪#‎AAP‬ candidates declared in Phases I, II and III have criminal charges against them and 10 out of those 15 have serious criminal charges against them?

These 6 candidates have been withdrawn by AAP , 2 are clean
and on rest 7 i have no info.( All Names , Details mentioned )
